Loren Littrell Finck
FOUNDER, MHS, CCC-SLP
Loren is an SLP and founder of The Speech Lab with experience in medical, pediatric, and adult settings. Her background includes acute care, rehabilitation, NICU feeding and swallowing, and outpatient therapy. She has a special passion for speech sound disorders and swallowing and enjoys Mizzou football and time with family and friends. -

Whitney Lewis
MS, CCC-SLP
Whitney is an SLP with 13 years of experience working with children from preschool through high school. Her special interests include language disorders, literacy, autism, AAC, and Natural Language Acquisition. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, family time, and cheering on the Chiefs and Cardinals with her husband and two children. -

Ceres Neff
MS, CCC-SLP
Ceres is an SLP with experience treating patients across the lifespan in skilled nursing, hospital, private practice, and school settings. Her special interests include speech sound disorders, early language, and swallowing. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, golfing, home projects, and time with her husband and son. -

Kim Stephens
MHS, CCC-SLP
Kim is an SLP with extensive experience supporting children in public and private school settings. Her special interests include early language development, speech sound disorders, literacy, and Natural Language Acquisition. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, coffee with friends, the outdoors, and time with her family. -

Cyndi Jacob
MS, CCC-SLP
Cyndi is an experienced SLP who has a passion for working with pediatric patients with complex bodies and alternative methods of communication. She comes with a wealth of knowledge in the areas of AAC, speech, and language, and Childhood Apraxia of Speech. Cyndi will be moving to Australia at the end of 2026 with her husband and two children!

Kelsey Randle
MS, CCC-SLP
Kelsey is a pediatric SLP with experience supporting children with autism, speech sound disorders, and language delays. Her background includes school-based therapy, rehabilitation, and early intervention. She lives in Columbia with her husband, daughter, and dog and enjoys sporting events and time with family and friends. -

Kelly Sonwalt
M.Ed., SLP-A
Kelly is an SLP-A with over 21 years of experience in education and supporting school-aged children. Her background in literacy and interventions fuels her passion for helping students find their voice and thrive. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, reading, MU football, and spending time with her two sons.
